We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with 12+ years of hands‑on development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate must be local to Georgia and available for onsite or hybrid work as required.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications.
Lead end-to-end application development using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of hands‑on Java development experience.
Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
Strong experience with microservices architecture.
Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
