Command Move Coordinator

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Command Move Coordinator to support the Navy Yard. As a Command Move Coordinator, you will assist with the execution of staff movements to include transfers, intros and exit move requests. You will coordinate with various Command Directorates and PEOs to ensure connectivity and VOIP are configured accurately and documented with our internal system. You will ensure all space occupancy and seat configurations are executed and comply with Zoning Authority standards. You will assist with troubleshooting connectivity and VOIP issues.
Responsibilities
Execute personnel moves in Archibus (Workplace Management System). Maintain Archibus database.
Establish and adapt SOPs (standard operating procedures) to optimize workflow.
Manage NMCI/NNPI/VOIP circuits in Circuit Builder, NAVSEA phone extensions.
Liaison to NAVY IT for port activations; manage IT/VOIP circuits in Telecom Console.
Manage IT/NNPI/VVOIP circuits in Circuit Builder.
Assist in IT connectivity troubleshooting with all ACIOs across the Command.
Track NAVFAC projects on the horizon.
Interface with a network of offices such as Security, Safety, IT, NAVFAC, Fire Marshall, etc.
Execute various programmatic administrative duties.
Qualifications
5+ years of Logistic Management experience.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Experience with Archibus is preferred.
Active DOD Public Trust is preferred.
