Join a dedicated and dynamic healthcare team in Silverdale, WA! This fast-paced facility is seeking a bread and butter Urologist for a locum position lasting 3-6 months. You will be responsible for a variety of general urology cases, including clinic duties, rounding, and OR. The practice is well-equipped, featuring robotic assistance for cases when needed, and offers a supportive environment with excellent patient and customer service focused on collegial teamwork.
Job Responsibilities- Provide general urology care in the clinic and on call.
- Perform procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, bladder scans, and nephrectomies.
- Manage a patient volume of 20-25 per day, with 20-30 surgeries per month.
- Participate in rounding and hospital calls during clinic hours.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain patient records using Epic EMR.
- Board Certified in Urology preferred; board-eligible candidates considered.
- Active Washington state medical license or IMLC eligibility required.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
- Availability to cover at least 80% of the scheduled dates.
- Clean malpractice history preferred.
- Active WA medical license (highly preferred).
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (can be obtained if selected).
- DEA certification required.
