About The Role This individual will report directly to SignalFire's Head of Investor Relations and will collaborate with senior members of the investor relations and investment teams to support new relationship development and account management of SignalFire limited partners (LPs) globally.
The IR team is dedicated to crafting an outstanding client experience for our LPs. The individual will coordinate with various teams within the firm to manage capital formation and investor relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a strategically designed and flawless experience across every touchpoint for our LPs.
Maintain and enhance existing LP relationships with appropriate reporting and events.
Design and produce financial analyses to support investor communications.
Research industry trends and market intelligence.
Prepare materials for meetings and key events.
Manage reporting and communication activities.
Provide insights on investor developments and market changes.
Build dashboards with the Finance team to report on fund and investment performance.
Analyze data from portfolio databases to draw insights.
Leverage data for practical insights.
Respond to LP data inquiries and manage due diligence processes.
Build narratives around fund performance from qualitative and quantitative data.
Maintain accurate records and manage communication calendars.
Assist in preparing content for LP communications, including quarterly letters.
Qualifications
Minimum three years experience in VC, PE, RE, or investment banking, preferably with a technology focus.
Experience with investor relations in PE or VC, or relevant sector coverage in investment banking.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
Proven ability to build relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective written communication skills.
