About the Position Maintains multiple systems information on client accounts and updates with credit reports and client correspondence Maintains the variance issues log with under/over payments Researches and resolves discrepancies Account Management and Collections Assists in department reporting using Excel Works with the Credit Manager on month end close activities Other Special Projects as requested Qualifications Demonstrated analytical, math and communication skills Superior customer relations skills Strong organizational and detail skills Business to business and/or business to consumer collections experience a plus Understanding of collection laws
