Curriculum Resources Coordinator

Compensation & Schedule •$19-$22 (based on experience) • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am - 4pm • W2 Employment | Temp to Hire
ROLE IMPACT The Curriculum Resources Coordinator supports the academic success of students by ensuring all curriculum resources are efficiently procured, distributed, and inventoried across multiple school campuses. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of educational materials, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates curriculum projects that directly impact instructional quality and compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage end-to-end procurement of curriculum materials for all district campuses, including obtaining quotes, submitting requisitions, and tracking deliveries. • Maintain warehouse inventory systems, coordinate campus-level distribution, and facilitate packing and transfer processes for closing or expanding schools. • Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, and Academic teams to align purchasing with budgetary and grant compliance requirements, including EDGAR rules. • Coordinate annual state-required curriculum certifications and assist with Early Educator Allotment fund management. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and deliveries are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • 1+ year of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in an educational or institutional setting. • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with diverse teams. • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience with educational materials procurement or logistics coordination. • Working knowledge of federal and state education compliance standards (e.g., EDGAR). • Strong analytical skills for cost tracking and vendor performance evaluation.
