How We Teach
Our family medicine physicians supervise and evaluate residents in inpatient and outpatient settings, maintain a full scope of family practice, participate in clinical practice and curriculum development, and serve the mission of Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinics and the Sollus Northwest Family Medicine Residency Program.

Position Highlights
Annual compensation: $258k – $277k
Hiring bonus: $30k
Relocation allowance: $20k
Federal and State loan repayment options
Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
Visa assistance: J‑1 Waiver and H‑1B
4‑week Medical Spanish immersion program in Xayla, Guatemala

Faculty Position Details
0.4 FTE (16 hrs) of direct patient care
0.6 FTE (24 hrs) of family medicine residency responsibilities, including: didactic involvement, faculty scholarly activities, advising residents, administration for curriculum development, travel requirements, and a Monday‑Friday work schedule
Qualifications Completion of an ACGME/AOA‑accredited Family Medicine Residency program.
