We’re looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to join Procore’s workflows platform. In this role, you’ll build the next gen of the workflow platform and ensure it becomes scalable, configurable, and deeply integrated with other key solution areas within Procore.
As a
Senior Product Manager , you’ll partner with customers and the internal product team to deliver configurable automation capabilities through our workflow engine. This position requires strong technical fluency, extreme customer centricity, and exceptional collaboration skills to make Procore's workflow platform best in class in the industry.
This position reports to the Director and will be based in our Austin office.
We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do
Build the next gen of workflow platform to support dynamic logic, event-driven triggers, multi-step process automation, and become the AI orchestration layer.
Collaborate with customers, other product solutions, and GTM teams in Procore to increase adoption of workflows.
Partner very closely with UX/Engineering to enhance scalability and reduce technical debt while maintaining a stable user experience.
Evangelize and present your product area across different rituals and meetings, and be the subject matter expert.
Execute on automation capabilities that will allow customers to customize business processes and reduce manual ones.

Understands how distributed systems, APIs, and data models connect across the platform to enable scalable workflow orchestration.
Demonstrates extreme ownership for end-to-end initiatives, from discovery through delivery, ensuring scope, execution, and outcomes are well defined and measured.
Obsessed with customer conversations on a daily basis and synthesizes them to bring new ideas, support hypotheses, and present arguments with cross‑collaboration teams.
Uses AI to build prototypes and concepts to get design, engineering, customers, and cross‑collaboration teams aligned.
Brings clarity to ambiguity, defining structure, sequencing, and success criteria where none exist.
Additional Information Base Pay Range:
168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD Annual
