Platform Operations Manager - PGC Focus

Responsibilities

Lead TikTok internal platform feature promotion, day‑to‑day maintenance, and operational support to improve overall platform efficiency;

Collect user pain points and requirements from global business teams and relay them effectively to product managers;

Partner closely with product managers to deliver an efficient and user‑friendly platform that enhances creator management workflows;

Co‑own feature adoption with product managers, including post‑launch enablement, global team communication, and training;

Track and troubleshoot user issues, work with product teams to identify root causes, and support solution delivery;

Continuously improve platform satisfaction by incorporating user insights, feedback, and operational observations.

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)

Fluent in both Chinese and English; must be able to collaborate directly with cross‑functional teams in China.

Strong goal orientation, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Strong sense of ownership, able to take responsibility for feature adoption and platform impact.

Ability to act as a bridge between users, operations, and product teams, facilitating mutual understanding and efficient collaboration.

Preferred Qualification(s)

Experience in internal platform/tool operations is preferred.

Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,000 - $202,667 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
