Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans. Collaborate with other providers on referral cases, and with all other clinical and non‑clinical personnel as necessary. Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures in compliance with current professional standards and the Dental Quality Alliance. Improve clinical skills and acumen through continuing education and training opportunities (support available). Participate in various community outreach initiatives as needed. Requirements
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where care is provided (license must be in good standing) or eligibility for licensure. Other certifications as required by state, e.g., CPR, DEA, etc. Contact
