Reports To:
Head, HearingLife Onsite Senior Care Division
Location:
Massachusetts, Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Diagnostics : Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, fit and program hearing aids, and maintain accurate clinical records.
Patient & Family Education : Educate residents and their families on hearing health and the benefits of hearing solutions.
Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations.
Relationship Building : Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community staff.
Team Leadership : Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Performance Management : Drive operational excellence to meet and exceed goals with clear direction, performance monitoring, timely feedback, and recognition.
Talent Development & Coaching : Support team members to reach their full potential and role‑model expected behaviors.
Recruitment & Team Building : Attract, identify, and retain top talent.
Strategic Planning & Problem Solving : Develop impactful action plans to optimize resources, anticipate obstacles, and lead smart, collaborative problem‑solving efforts.
Qualifications
Licensed Audiologist in Massachusetts
MA Driver's License
Tech savvy, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Physically fit (mobile)
Flu shot may be required
Team leadership experience preferred
Experience working with elderly populations preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication, team building, and presentation skills
Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care
Fosters a collaborative environment; maintains high engagement
Ability to travel to onsite locations within 1 hour of home

Compensation The salary range for this position is $95,000–$105,000 base plus monthly bonus, monthly commission, and mileage.
