Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, product/program management, or a related business role.
Preferred qualifications
Experience using AI tools to streamline operations and drive scalable results.
Ability to drive impact and thrive in rapidly evolving, cross‑functional team settings.
Analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights and excellent SQL skills.
Background in mobile apps or the gaming industry.
Detail‑oriented strategist capable of solving complex problems from ideation through execution.
Excellent program management and end‑to‑end execution capabilities.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Drive operational accuracy for the Play Partnerships Global Apps Business Development (BD) organization through management of the global business operations, including strategic planning and OKR setting and tracking.
Manage and maintain ongoing ‘rhythm of the business’ deliverables.
Help co‑develop strategies for the global Play partnerships team and help bring those to life through communication and operations.
Create programs and processes to solve business operations challenges, and influence cross‑functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
Be able to co‑develop and successfully land cross‑functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Product, ProdOps, BD, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and more.
