All cost controls and inventory management during shifts.
Cash control and customer relations.
Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew.
Staffing, paperwork, and schedule adherence.
Food management, store cleanliness, and marketing.
Attendance & punctuality and transportation to/from work.
Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
Great customer service and profitability.
