video that drives growth . That means clients, timelines, creatives, and platforms moving in sync. The General Manager owns that sync.
This role is responsible for
day‑to‑day operations, client experience, team execution, and delivery quality
across video production, editing, design, and social distribution (LinkedIn + Meta, including paid ads). If something ships late, breaks, or underdelivers — this role sees it coming and fixes it.
Core Responsibilities Client Experience & Account Ownership
Own the
end‑to‑end client relationship
post‑sale
Lead onboarding, expectations, timelines, and ongoing communication
Translate client goals into
clear execution plans
for video + social
Proactively manage scope, feedback loops, revisions, and renewals
Ensure clients feel informed, confident, and taken care of (no ghosting, ever)
Project & Production Oversight
Coordinate videography schedules, production needs, and deadlines
Manage editing and design workflows to maintain consistency and quality
Create and enforce
production SOPs
so nothing lives in someone’s head
Balance speed with quality — fast is good, sloppy is not
Lead videographers, editors, designers, and social managers
Set priorities, assign work, and remove blockers
Hold the team accountable to timelines, quality, and communication standards
Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
Identify gaps in process, skill, or capacity and fix them
Social Media & Paid Media Oversight
Oversee content distribution on
LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
Ensure video is optimized per platform (formats, hooks, captions, CTAs)
Coordinate with Meta Ads execution
Creative alignment
Campaign timelines
Performance feedback loops
Translate performance insights into creative and strategic adjustments
Operational Systems & Scale
Build and refine systems for:
Project management
Client communication
Asset storage
Feedback and approvals
Own weekly capacity planning and delivery forecasting
Help the agency scale
without chaos
Work closely with leadership on resourcing, pricing feedback, and margin awareness
What Success Looks Like
Clients stay longer, refer more, and trust the process
Projects ship on time with fewer revisions and less stress
Creatives know exactly what’s expected and when
Leadership isn’t stuck in Slack solving fires
Gravity Growth feels buttoned‑up, premium, and scalable

creative, video, or marketing agency
You understand video production

digital distribution
You’re calm under pressure and allergic to chaos
You communicate clearly, directly, and proactively

Skills & Experience
5+ years in agency operations, account management, or project leadership
Strong understanding of:
Video editing and design processes
Meta platforms and Meta Ads (high‑level, not media buyer)
Experience leading creative teams
Comfortable with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Bonus Points
You’ve scaled an agency before
You think in systems, not duct tape
You can translate creative into business outcomes
You hate “we’ll figure it out later” as much as we do
