Responsibilities
Providing product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs.
Effectively communicating with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry.
Identifying growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process.
Sharing emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement with the Analytics & Trading SBU.
Studying client workflows and partnering with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet’s products.
Providing user training and supporting the development of training programs.
Facilitating transition from the implementation phase to support.
Creating user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, and establishing priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements.
Implementing new and enhancing existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
Strong knowledge of performance workflows.
10 years of financial services experience.
Strong technical background.
Proven technical proficiency particularly with writing complex screening codes.
Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred.
Extremely detail‑oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership.
Willingness to travel.
Job location: Austin, Charlotte, Norwalk, New York, Chicago, Toronto.
Working Environment: Hybrid.

The budgeted amount range for this position in Connecticut and New York City is $119,000 - $130,000.
