Senior Software Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)
What You’ll Do
Apply techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), summarization, classification, and intent modeling to real-world use cases.
Work with modern ML tooling to manage the full lifecycle of model development — from experimentation to deployment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to shape AI-powered features that are aligned with user needs and ethical standards.
Design and run experiments to evaluate model behavior in production, analyze outcomes, and iterate accordingly.
Participate in code reviews, share your work through documentation, and contribute to team-wide design discussions.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in applied machine learning and systems with a focus on NLP or generative AI.
Strong hands‑on experience fine‑tuning and evaluating LLMs using open‑source tools and modern ML libraries.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, embedding-based retrieval, and model evaluation strategies for generative applications.
Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end ML workflow, including data exploration, training, testing, and deployment.
A track record of building real‑world, user‑facing AI features with a focus on privacy, performance, and usability.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively on a distributed, cross‑functional team.
