Our client,

a leader in providing financial technology software , is hiring a

Procurement Specialist

to join their team in San Diego, CA! The on-site requirement is 3x a week.

This is a 14-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!

In this role, you will

lead technology sourcing efforts, including RFPs, vendor negotiations, and software license agreement reviews . You will partner with

IT and business stakeholders to manage supplier relationships, assess risk, and drive cost-effective, compliant purchasing decisions across multiple software categories.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology sourcing activities, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, contract negotiation, and software license agreement reviews.

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to manage supplier relationships, assess risk, and ensure compliant, cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Conduct pricing analysis, benchmarking, and documentation while managing multiple sourcing initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

3+ years of technology or strategic sourcing experience.

Experience negotiating software contracts and licenses.
