General Superintendent
to lead field operations for our Atlanta/Southeast projects. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who’s ready to shape field execution, mentor teams, and uphold the quality and safety standards that define Oline’s reputation.

What You’ll Do
Lead field operations across multiple projects in the Atlanta and southeast region of the US.
Mentor and develop project superintendents, field engineers, and craft teams.
Partner with project management, preconstruction, and safety teams for seamless project delivery.
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Drive continuous improvement in field operations and workforce development.
Represent Oline with professionalism and integrity on every jobsite.
10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Proven ability to lead large field teams and complex builds.
Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and field sequencing.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel within the Southeast as needed.
