CustomersAI is transforming how eCommerce brands identify, understand, and convert their customers through real-time visitor identification, journey tracking, and advanced lifecycle remarketing. Backed by ScOp Venture Capital (led by DoubleClick founder Kevin O’Connor) and serial entrepreneur Larry Kim (who sold WordStream for $150M), CustomersAI is growing quickly and seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our team.
The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base across fast-growing eCommerce and DTC brands. Reporting directly to the Head of GTM, you will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new business with Shopify merchants (our core ICP) and brands using Klaviyo or other ESPs. This is a full-cycle, outbound-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys hunting, networking, and building pipeline through events, social channels, and agency ecosystems.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to discovery, demo, proposal, and close
Build and manage a strong pipeline of Shopify and DTC brands doing $10M+ in revenue
Generate opportunities through outbound outreach, events, LinkedIn, Slack communities, and ecosystem partners
Collaborate with agencies and integration partners to source referrals and joint-selling opportunities
Communicate CustomersAI’s value across identity resolution, lifecycle revenue lift, paid media efficiency, and onsite conversion
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and proactive communication with GTM leadership
Who You Are
3+ years of full-cycle SaaS, MarTech, adtech, or eCommerce sales experience
Proven success exceeding quota in outbound-heavy roles
Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and the broader DTC ecosystem
Confident speaking about revenue impact, ROAS, lifecycle metrics, and attribution
Skilled at creating pipeline through outbound, events, partners, and social engagement
Genuine enthusiasm for the DTC world and the operators, agencies, events, and conversations that shape it
Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
