Role Description The Director of Sales Operations will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales performance metrics, managing daily operations, and streamlining processes to drive revenue growth and enhance efficiency. The Director will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize sales processes, tools, and communications. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Bay City, Michigan.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus.
