Senior Regional Account Executive – Midwest Senior Regional Account Executive, based in Chicago, IL, will drive sales for distribution channels, focusing on store‑level execution including events, merchandising, training, and staffing. This role builds strong business partnerships and leads a top‑tier in‑store sales team to meet growing business goals while exemplifying the company’s cultural philosophies of people first, passion for product, and promotional execution.

Job Responsibilities Sales Management

Build Maison’s presence, culture, awareness, and revenue growth.

Oversee sales performance and conduct goal reviews weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually with each Brand Ambassador and key store management.

Plan and execute in‑store seasonal events with store executive teams.

Coordinate in‑store activities and partner with the National Events Director to further enhance store business performance.

Share insights on business trends and competitive knowledge within the region, including assortments, staffing, sales, stock, space, location updates, and store traffic observations.

Communicate weekly with the Regional Sales Director regarding business performance and any issues requiring escalation.

Training

Conduct seasonal extensive in‑store and virtual training on product knowledge, marketing strategy, new launches, and upcoming events.

Continuously train product specialists, developing selling skills, customer service skills, event booking success, and product demonstrations.

Coach product specialists to deliver in‑store and virtual mini‑trainings for fragrance departments and all store meetings.

Train product specialists on the Maison Francis Kurkdjian approach to clienteling, email etiquette, thank‑you notes, sample follow‑up, pre‑selling, new launch execution, and daily business review.

Coach, train, and work side‑by‑side with Brand Ambassadors to ensure presentation guidelines and brand standards are executed at the highest level.

Complete store checklist and upload images of all counters at least twice a season to ensure timely execution of retailer‑specific and brand marketing.

Administrative Responsibilities

Follow expense guidelines for travel expenses, managing monthly calendar and expense projections to meet deadline requirements.

Use the MFK Backstage App to complete courses and stay current on new information.

Complete damage reports for all stores monthly.

Profile

5+ years of related field leadership experience.

Ability to develop strong relationships with various departments in each location to maximize sales, cultivating strong relationships and collaborating with all levels of store management, including Store Managers, DMs, PR, and visual leads.

Strong people skills to recruit and select best‑in‑class Brand Ambassadors.

Demonstrated strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Thrives in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing, customer‑service‑oriented environment.

Highest levels of professionalism, calm under pressure, and operating with high integrity.

Team player with expert business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic ability.

Ability for domestic travel and flexible working hours to meet job objectives.

High‑touch store visibility with 85% of time planned to be spent in store.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline for market‑competitive pay while allowing flexibility for various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the recorded range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside the published range of $95,000‑$105,000.
