In this role, you’ll design and refine packaging strategies, shape go-to-market plans, and help our products reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate with product, pricing, sales, and marketing teams to translate customer insights into strategies that resonate in the market. From launches to expansion initiatives, you’ll play a key role in creating scalable approaches that deliver measurable results. What You’ll Do:
Shape packaging strategies to support new launches and optimize existing offerings. Align packaging with pricing and positioning to ensure competitiveness and clarity. Define customer segments, use cases, and value propositions with cross‑functional teams. Drive go‑to‑market readiness, enablement, and execution. Track performance metrics and uncover opportunities for growth and retention. Lead pilots and experiments to test and refine strategies. Contribute to commercial playbooks and sales enablement resources. Who You Are:
5–8 years of experience in product marketing, go‑to‑market, or commercialization in B2B. Skilled at turning insights into strategies that boost adoption and revenue. Collaborative, organized, and able to navigate fast‑paced environments. Experienced with new product launches and optimizing existing portfolios. Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams. Compensation: $121,350 – $170,050 (for eligible states). Locations:
