We are looking for a Head of Sales in California to lead our commercial growth strategy for the U.S. market. You will drive revenue, expand our brand presence in the eCommerce and SaaS landscape, manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, and collaborate with global leadership to shape go-to-market strategy.
Accountabilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed U.S. revenue targets.
Identify key growth sectors within the U.S. eCommerce market and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation, product positioning, and campaign execution.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM data hygiene.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Build, mentor, and scale the U.S. sales team, establishing consistent processes and SOPs for repeatable success.
Requirements
7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role.
Proven track record closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. eCommerce and customer support ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Ability to work remotely, independently, and across multiple time zones.
