Base pay range $190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Represent plaintiffs in class and collective employment matters from investigation through prep, trial or settlement
Collaborate with co-counsel, advocacy groups, and experts on complex litigation initiatives
Ideal Candidate
4+ years
employment litigation experience (class action or collective action strongly preferred)
Demonstrated trial, deposition, or advanced motion practice in federal employment matters
Strong advocacy, writing, and case leadership capabilities
Admission to New York Bar required
