A leader within the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group will support financial reporting and day-to-day accounting for premier real estate fund clients. The role is essential to building innovative solutions and delivering comprehensive fund service solutions to institutional investors worldwide.
Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities
Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations
Prepare financial statements and footnote disclosures
Conduct analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations
Create management, annual, and incentive fee calculations
Prepare various client correspondences
Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations
Assist with special projects as requested

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience
CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi‑task and meet client deliverables efficiently
Salary Range $52,000 - $94,120 Annual
