We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our progressive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the medical device industry and is eager to bring their expertise to a fast‑paced and innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing various manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and ensuring product quality. This permanent, full‑time position offers the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals committed to pushing boundaries in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring optimum efficiency and quality.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency.

Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Utilize 6S methodology to maintain a productive and safe work environment.

Conduct root cause analysis using Fishbone Diagrams to identify and address production issues.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute manufacturing projects.

Monitor and ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.

Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of latest manufacturing technologies and trends, recommending and implementing appropriate upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.

Proven experience with Kaizen, Process Engineering, Quality Control, Cost Reduction, 6S, and Fishbone Diagrams.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.

Knowledge of industry safety and quality standards.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.

Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodology would be a plus.
