Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Collaborative, Growth‑Focused CPA Firm
Distinct | North America provides the following pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Planning and advisory for private client work
Family office coordination
Act as the trusted advisor for long‑term client decisions
Provide consultative and rounded client service, beyond simple report distribution
Progression & Expectations Already operating at director level? The firm will move you toward director, with partner conversations typically within 1–2 years. Requires readiness to show up when it matters.
