Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Corvallis, Oregon
Base Pay Range $102,900.00/yr - $224,400.00/yr

Responsibilities
Work closely with Project Managers and other discipline Engineers to produce quality drawings.
Perform engineering work in various fields such as water, wastewater, pipelines, pump stations and reservoirs.
Support transportation, environmental and other business groups as needed.
Manage engineering teams and the civil engineering design, prepare reports, develop plans and specifications.
Create engineering markups for CAD technicians.
Review survey and basemap drawings on projects.
Serve as a productive team member and discipline lead for project documents from beginning to end with professional quality output that conforms to company or client standards.
Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Manage multiple civil teams on projects.
Stamp work as engineer of record with PE.
Strong understanding of specifications and ability to edit specifications on projects.
Generate earthwork quantities and reports with an understanding of sloping grades.
Coordinate activities between all disciplines at the project level such as stormwater, erosion control, site development and underground utilities.
Provide quality checking of drafted products.
Provide mentoring and training where needed.
Proactively pursue work and be involved in proposal work.
Active in professional associations is a plus.
Act as a quality control reviewer on projects and stamp as engineer of record with a team under your supervision.
Requirements
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE).
15+ years of civil engineering experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to direct team members on producing work.
Experience with water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, distribution, storage a plus.
Attention to detail, quality work products, and client service.
Experience with MS Office 365 (Email, Excel, Word, Teams).
Experience or working knowledge with Autodesk and Bentley CAD platforms.
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation Inroads or OpenRoads a plus.
Ability to lead projects with moderate to minimal supervision.
Master's degree in civil engineering a plus but not required.
