Shifts Available: Days 7a‑730p

Rate of pay: $50.00 hourly (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

What You’ll Be Doing The RN Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating, communicating, and providing oversight to promote a smooth transition among off‑going and on‑coming shifts to enhance unit operations. The supervisor implements the staffing plan, reduces overtime, engages in problem‑solving, decision‑making, staff in‑service education, and ensures follow‑through of operations as delegated.

Requirements Education:

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Licenses/Certification:

A registered nurse licensed to practice nursing in Washington, DC. BLS required.

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive acute care experience, including supervision and management of specific areas.
