UTA seeks a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the next wave of innovation across our Filmed Entertainment and Publishing businesses. This is a high-impact role responsible for architecting the platforms that will unlock new creative opportunities for some of the world’s most influential storytellers in film, television, and books. The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $210,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do Product Strategy & Vision
Evaluate and modernize current systems, identify bold opportunities for reinvention, and build a forward-looking product roadmap that shapes how stories are developed, produced, and delivered
Lead end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for Publishing, from discovery through sunset, ensuring continuous innovation and measurable business impact
Drive the development of new platforms and tools that support publishing operations, creative workflows, and global rights management across all properties
Provide strategic insight that informs technology decisions, operational priorities, and long-term planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders—including agents, executives, operations, and engineering—to gather insights, define requirements, and ensure a client- and creator-centered approach to product development
Lead client demos to obtain approvals, align on outcomes, and gather feedback to continuously improve product functionality and user experience
Partner closely with UX/UI teams to translate business needs into clear product flows, requirements, prototypes, and intuitive experiences
Execution & Delivery
Define MVPs, epics, and user stories to effectively manage agile development processes, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and project updates, leveraging analytics to guide prioritization and decision-making
Manage deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure each product release is timely, high-quality, and within scope
Manage product feature performance, user experience insights, bug triage, A/B testing, and overall product health
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor junior product team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and user-centered design
Represent the product team in strategic discussions, planning sessions, and cross-department initiatives
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overarching goals of the Publishing, Technology, and broader UTA businesses
What You Will Need
10+ years of proven experience in product management roles, with a track record of successfully managing the product development lifecycle
Understanding of database design and API design
Experience with data clean up and migration
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Solid experience of agile process, tools and best practices
Experience in the entertainment industry with a deep understanding of customer pain points and industry challenges
Strong technical aptitude and agility to learn the systems and technology used in our day‑to‑day business, facilitating informed decision-making and effective collaboration with technical teams
Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
Experience working with fast‑growing companies with the ability to drive strategic initiatives amidst rapid change
Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, coupled with problem‑solving aptitude, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and innovative product solutions.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills and enabling effective collaboration and alignment across teams and stakeholders
