Warehouse Director
Base pay range: $170,000–$200,000 per year.
Location: Santa Clarita, CA.

Scope of Responsibilities
Oversee all 24/7 warehousing and logistics activities, facilities and assets.
Develop and implement strategic warehouse plans to support company objectives and multi‑year vision.
Implement best‑in‑class 3PL processes and procedures, leveraging space‑planning models to maximize utilization and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and finance leadership to deliver business goals and growth plans.
Coordinate, monitor, and adjust warehouse material planning protocols to support production.
Supervise warehouse billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing with finance.
Leverage technology and data systems to streamline ERP and WMS operations.
Develop and publish KPI scorecards and management reporting tools.
Directly manage, hire, mentor, and develop warehouse & logistics managers, supervisors, leads.
Develop and maintain inventory strategy to achieve key KPIs (accuracy, utilization, obsolete inventory, transaction precision).
Manage relationships with external partners (brand supply chain, 3PL carriers & warehouses, customers).
Own site fleet asset management (forklifts, OTR assets) including utilization and maintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
8+ years of leadership experience in a large, complex 3PL environment.
Experience with SAP, Manhattan, or similar WMS system.
Track record managing multi‑site organizations and high‑performing inter‑facility logistics fleets.
Knowledge of industry‑standard 3PL billing processes and procedures.
