Mercor is hiring Family Medicine / Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) on behalf of a leading healthcare partner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered medical care.
In this role, you will deliver primary healthcare services to individuals and families across all age groups, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You’ll play a vital role in improving community and population health outcomes through evidence-based medicine, patient education, and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including health assessments, routine checkups, and chronic disease management.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and long‑term conditions.
Develop and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s history and clinical needs.
Promote preventive healthcare through screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care.
Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Uphold best practices in evidence‑based medicine to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
Medical Degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Valid medical license to practice in applicable U.S. jurisdictions.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in both preventive and acute care settings.
Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills.
Commitment to patient advocacy, compassion, and continuity of care.
