Base pay range $160,000/yr - $200,000/yr

Your Role You will provide actuarial support to the P&C Programs Insurance Business Unit including MidCorp programs.
Profitability Reviews / New Submission Analyses – review products applying actuarial concepts to determine portfolio profitability and conduct detailed segmentation analysis.
Monitor & Reporting – monitor portfolio rate changes, pricing adequacy, and underwriting mix changes on new and renewal business to guide Program Managers and support informed decisions.
Actuarial Studies – conduct analyses and research to improve pricing parameters, methodologies, and segmentations to identify profitable opportunities.
Tool Building – design, program, and maintain critical pricing and monitoring tools.
Leadership – identify and nurture future leaders, provide coaching and opportunities to lead.

Key Evaluation Criteria
Actuarial qualifications: ACAS, FCAS, or equivalent.
8+ years of relevant experience and strong actuarial and quantitative analytical skills.
Business acumen across underwriting, products, reinsurance, claims, and financials.
Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA for tool building and advanced research.
Leadership: demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and influence business outcomes.
Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship‑building abilities.
Compensation Position is incentive eligible. Total individual compensation (base salary, short‑term, and long‑term incentives) will consider geographic location, scope, role, and business needs.
