Our Santa Monica office launched in 2017 and is at an exciting stage of growth, with opportunity to make a large impact in the future of our team. We're looking for a people-centric Manager to partner with Head of Lawrence Harvey USA, leading the growth of a new market.
You'll be taking on an existing team of 3 direct reports and will need to balance hands‑on recruitment delivery with leadership and coaching, creating a high‑performing, collaborative environment.
Could you be our next US leader?
Strategic leadership develop and execute a long‑term growth strategy for the LA office in line with company goals
Identify opportunities to expand market share in the technology recruitment sector
Build and enhance the Lawrence Harvey brand reputation in the U.S. market
Team management & development lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants and managers
Foster a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results. Recruit and onboard top talent to grow the team
Sales & revenue growth through business development efforts to build strong client relationships with technology companies
Oversee sales targets, KPIs, and team performance to ensure revenue growth.
Build strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong partnerships with existing ones.
Development of accounts
Market expertise stay ahead of trends in technology recruitment, identifying growth areas and market demands
Serve as a thought leader for the brand, promoting colleagues to represent Lawrence Harvey at events, conferences, and in public forums
Operational excellence collaborate with other global offices to align business operations and share best practices
Continue promotion of cross functional collaboration - through Life Sciences, Clean Energy & Built Environment industries
What We're Looking For?
Experience: 4+ years of experience in staffing, ideally in the technology sector
Must have 360, Agency Recruitment experience
Proven track record of growing and managing a high‑performing team
Strong business development and client acquisition background
Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute actionable plans
Expertise in U.S. recruitment market dynamics, particularly within the technology sector
Results‑driven with a passion for building relationships and driving growth
Collaborative and inspiring team player
Adaptable to fast‑paced, competitive environments
What do we offer?
$80,000 - $120,000 base (base on internal levelling / revenue generation)
