Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
Over 15 years of advancing experience in heavy civil construction across procurement, project management, and estimating.
Extensive leadership background encompassing strategic planning and organizational direction.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, manage time effectively, and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
