About the role The Sr. Director of Finance reports directly to the CFO and will partner with our functional leaders to drive growth for the business. You will work with all levels of management and across numerous regions to drive end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, and reporting of revenues, expenses, cash, and capital expenditures. As a key financial leader, the role will identify trends & opportunities, provide valuable insights & recommendations for course correction, and assist in the implementation of action items.

Responsibilities
Support company-wide financial performance initiatives and make recommendations to optimize company’s financial performance.
Create and maintain KPIs and reporting dashboards to track commercial performance across all channels (retail, e-commerce, etc.).
Develop and maintain key metric measurements for the P&L, B/S, and Cashflow statements. Create actionable reporting for such metrics to drive world class action plans.
Act as the strategic finance partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Marketing.
Apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision‑making related to new initiatives, products, and business opportunities.
Partner with the sales teams to provide analysis and insights that accelerate growth with further penetration of Big Box Retail, D2C, and eCommerce revenue streams.
Perform detailed profitability analyses by customer, channel, product, and promotion to highlight opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to assess promotional effectiveness and ensure strong ROI on trade expenditures.
Develop financial frameworks for strategic initiatives across the alliance.
Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and internal cost structures to propose optimal pricing strategies across all sales channels.
Cultivate strong internal and external partnerships that enhance collaboration and overall organizational performance.
Requirements
Large Company Upbringing Required (E.g: Western Digital, Mattel, L’Oreal, Home Depot, Elf Beauty, Proctor & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nike, The Clorox Company)
