Role Overview
Director, Global Renewal Ops responsible for leading the fast-growing Renewal Operations Organization, partnering with sales, customer success, and renewal leaders to drive process optimization, forecasting, and renewal effectiveness. Reports to VP of Global CS Operations. Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to Customer Success leadership, designing and managing renewals forecasts and trends (GRR, NRR, churn, shrink, IQRR, OTRR, linearity). Lead, develop, and mentor the Global Renewal Operations organization. Provide data-driven insights to improve renewal objectives and effectiveness. Ensure renewal reports and intelligence are provided to renewals leadership and develop new reporting tools and dashboards. Develop and implement operational processes and key business priorities with global renewal leadership to support business outcomes and performance areas. Communicate global renewal initiatives and programs, align, implement, and measure for bi-directional knowledge sharing and support global standard methodologies. Establish and maintain a renewals onboarding/training plan focused on critical renewal competencies. Communicate regularly on business and team performance and make recommendations based on analysis of key performance areas; foster continuous improvement. Build renewals performance executive presentations. Assign quotas and related territories to optimize financial objectives across renewal channels and resources through the quota program. Oversee renewals compensation plan administration for Global Renewal Managers. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; major in analytical or technical field preferred. 12+ years in senior people leadership in sales/renewal operations with a high-growth global company, ideally in SaaS. 5+ years of analytical experience (consulting, finance, or sales/business operations). Exposure to territory and quota operations. Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and strengthening team members. Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle in the SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model. Strong ability to deliver and facilitate knowledge transfer, both in-person and virtually, across a globally diverse team. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and robust analytical skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts). Comfort with large sets of data and ability to detect patterns and present findings clearly. Strong reputation collaborating across departments (finance, sales, product, marketing, analytics, etc.) and thriving in a constantly changing environment. Personal pride in the accuracy of work and the way problems are solved. Preferred Skills
Prior Anaplan experience as an end-user or model-builder. SFDC administration and/or SFDC dashboard building experience. Experience working in global markets. Base Salary Range
