Senior Software Engineer - New Markets & Models
Join us as a Senior Software Engineer to help build the foundational systems powering new patient acquisition channels, support early complex partnerships, and enable experimentation in emerging markets.

About the Role This full‑stack position works across backend services (Python/Flask) and frontend applications (React/TypeScript). You’ll ship production code across the stack, collaborate with engineering leads on architecture, and iterate quickly as new opportunities emerge.
You’ll work on building systems that enable Grow to expand into new channels, partnerships, and commercial models. Your responsibilities include:
Building foundational systems that support new referral pathways, integrations, and patient experiences.
Developing tools and workflows that improve how partners, channels, or markets connect to Grow’s platform.
Collaborating on new initiatives from idea to launch, translating early concepts into working software.
Improving platform reliability and performance as use cases and volumes grow.
Supporting experimentation and iteration throughout the year.
Shaping technical patterns and best practices for a fast‑moving, newly formed team.
Who You Are
Experience building production features—contributing meaningfully to real‑world systems and owning tasks with guidance.
Full‑stack capable—comfortable with backend APIs and frontend interfaces, ideally using Python and modern React/TypeScript.
Systems‑minded—focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Outcome‑oriented—think beyond code to drive business and user value.
Adaptable and resourceful—build in ambiguity, iterate quickly, navigate shifting priorities.
Collaborative—communicate clearly, work well across functions, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Experience with AI‑assisted dev tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
Background in healthcare data, EHR systems, or regulated environments.
Familiarity with B2B integrations, multi‑party workflows, or data exchange patterns.
Role Details
Employment type: Full‑time, exempt
Base compensation: Hybrid (NYC, SF or Seattle hub, 3 days per week) $182,000–$227,000 USD; Fully remote $152,000–$190,000 USD.
Hybrid option requires 2–3 trips per year for company or department off‑sites.
