In This Role
Lead the functional and technical solution designs ensuring scalability, performance and alignment with business objectives
Develop comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration plans, and system configurations
Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
Stay current with D365 updates, new features, and industry trends to continually improve and optimize the ecosystem
Engage with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements, pain points, and future goals
Translate these needs into actionable technology roadmaps
Mentor existing technical resources in architecture and governance of Dynamics 365; upskill technical leads in new technologies and enhancements of Dynamics 365
Identify areas where customization can enhance the solution, ensuring that it is scalable, secure and integrates seamlessly with other systems, including third-party applications (Infios WMS, Avalara, Sola) and Microsoft services like Azure
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing a large-scale enterprise ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F & SCM)
10+ years of relevant work experience with ERP systems. Experience in the furniture distribution industry is a plus. Experience translating technical information into easy‑to‑understand business concepts
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline
Hands‑on experience with D365 customization and configuration, including forms, entities, workflows, and business rules
Experience delivering the full project life cycle, strong understanding of SDLC processes (Azure, DevOps, LCS), and X++ programming language
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, .NET C#, SQL Server, and SQL development
Experience with source control management systems such as Visual Studio
Sound knowledge of Logic App, PowerApps, Event Hub, Power Automate, Message Services, Messaging technologies, Cloud Knowledge, Version Control, and API technologies
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with project team members, sponsors, technical architects, and developers, and to present persuasively and effectively
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Proven experience in managing complex ERP projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery
