We’re seeking an energetic, people-focused
Community & Leasing Manager
who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to shape one of the most authentic and community-driven living experiences in the city. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, independent, self-starter whose feathers are not easily ruffled.
About the Role As the
OSLO Community + Leasing Manager , you’ll be the heart of our buildings—cultivating community, driving leasing success, and ensuring flawless daily operations. You’ll partner with a motivated team, engage with residents, and maintain a high level of occupancy, satisfaction, and service.
Responsibilities Community & Resident Engagement
Create and promote community events and experiences that bring residents together.
Build warm, authentic relationships through consistent communication—email, text, and in person.
Coordinate seamless move-ins and move-outs, from walkthroughs to key handoffs.
Leasing & Marketing
Manage leads from inquiry to lease signing with confidence and professionalism.
Tour prospective residents and represent the OSLO community experience.
Support digital marketing efforts and listings to drive strong lead generation.
Maintain high occupancy across all buildings through leasing, retention, and referrals.
Oversee and support leasing team members as needed.
Operations & Property Oversight
Conduct weekly property walk-throughs and ensure maintenance needs are handled promptly.
Lead and motivate on-site teams, including maintenance staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards.
Manage systems such as Latch, AppFolio, and package delivery operations.
Provide timely reporting and occasional after-hours support.
Qualification
2+ years in property management, leasing, or related fields.
Experience in sales, leasing, or recruiting.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Tech-savvy with property management software (AppFolio/Yardi is a plus).
A customer-first mindset and deep attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

This is a full-time, in-person position located in Washington, DC, ideal for individuals looking to build or expand a career in property management, real estate, or customer service. The role requires regular on-site presence to conduct property tours, meet with residents, vendors, etc. and support daily leasing operations.
