Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative, located in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, HI. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service, identifying customer needs, recommending tailored insurance solutions, and offering expert guidance on insurance and financial products. This role will involve consistently achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and staying informed about insurance products and services to provide proactive support to clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales goals
Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with knowledge of policies, products, and regulations
Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Flexibility to work on-site in Honolulu, HI
Relevant experience in sales, business, or a related field preferred
Licensure in insurance or willingness to obtain necessary licenses
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
