Position: Pediatric Airway Practice Business Manager

Experienced in managing teams, operations, and performance metrics (KPIs)
Skilled in HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching
Familiar with dental, pediatric, orthodontic, or airway-focused care (a big plus!)
Fun, engaging, and excited to help kids and families thrive
What You’ll Do: Oversee daily business operations across both pediatric and orthodontic departments
Manage financial health, including budgeting, overhead, and vendor relations
Lead HR and personnel operations—hiring, onboarding, performance management
Monitor and drive KPI performance for clinical and administrative teams
Implement and optimize systems and workflows tailored to pediatric, ortho, and airway care
Support the clinical leadership team, helping align team performance with strategic goals
Coordinate scheduling and team planning to meet production and growth targets
Collaborate with the Doctor/CEO on long-term strategy, business planning, and expansion
Participate in treatment planning, including understanding care models related to growth and development, airway, and orthodontics
Serve as a bridge between the administrative and clinical teams to support whole-child health outcomes
