We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. In this role you will be responsible for the successful operations of the assigned location(s) and ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor).
Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and regional managers.
Ensure that the standard of clinical services delivered adheres to evidence‑based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
Provide excellent customer service to the location team, provide reports and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.
