The Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible for managing, guiding, and directing the daily workflow of the Patient Coordinator staff and the fourth‑floor clinic reception desk that supports the Oral Surgery Clinic. The role involves mentoring staff, providing cross‑training, supporting a team‑centered environment, implementing necessary changes for business growth, and providing backup to the Practice Manager for overseeing clinic schedules, running reports (open sessions, income, chair utilisation), attending clinic orientations, and other operational tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Supervisory experience of 5+ years in a dental practice, with proven staff supervision.
Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Efficient, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, providers, staff, and management.
Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient care and customer service.
Team player with ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
