Post-Doctoral Clinician/Psychotherapist
Lukin Center is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary group practice committed to providing high-quality mental health services across multiple locations in Northern New Jersey. Our services include individual, couples, child, and adolescent psychotherapy, psychiatry/medication management, and neuropsychological evaluations. We are seeking motivated, talented clinicians to join our supportive team.

Key Features:
Supervised Hours:
Post-doctoral clinicians receive weekly individual supervision from a licensed NJ Psychologist to accrue hours necessary for licensure.
Clinical Autonomy:
Maintain independence over your clinical approach and caseload.
Flexibility:
Opportunities for part-time or full-time work with flexible scheduling designed to promote work-life balance.
Team Support:
Participation in weekly group supervision via specialty-specific pods or team meetings.
Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based clinical frameworks.
Complete timely and thorough documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and termination summaries.
Adhere to appropriate therapeutic and ethical practices at all times.
Actively participate in required weekly individual and group supervision sessions.
Qualifications
Doctoral Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.)
in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of mental health therapy experience.
Preferred
Ability to offer sessions during evenings and/or weekends to meet patient demand.
