Aralon Properties is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations through hands-on project execution. While titled Project Manager, this role is focused on building oversight, and vendor management across Aralon’s commercial portfolio. This is an operations-driven role requiring strong organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
Core Responsibilities
Manage property-related projects including repairs, maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital work
Coordinate on-site work with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants on operational matters, scheduling, and access
Perform regular site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Solicit and review bids, evaluate scopes of work, and assist with vendor selection
Schedule work, track timelines, and manage projects within approved budgets
Review vendor invoices against approved scopes and pricing
Track open items, deadlines, and action items across multiple properties
Provide clear, concise status updates to ownership and senior management
Support general property operations including inspections, move-ins, and special projects
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort working directly with tenants, contractors, vendors and ownership
Working knowledge of building systems and construction
Ability to understand scopes of work and basic plans
Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic project tracking tools
Reporting Structure
Reports to senior management / ownership
