Job Description
BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of management experience in the semiconductor industry.
Demonstrated success managing multiple OSATs, projects, vendor coordination, and supporting high-reliability ramp schedules.
Can lead yield optimization strategies, and cost‑effective test planning.
Experience across a broad set of product types: LNAs, switches, DVGA, drivers, PA bias controllers, beamformers, up/downconverters.
Familiarity with RF and mixed‑signal test techniques.
Strong statistical analysis proficiency (JMP, GRR, DOE, correlation).
Excellent communication skills and leadership experience with a proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
