You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals. Make and manage schedules Order products and manage inventory Train and hire team members Maintain cost controls and customer relations Adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications
At least 18 years or older Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience Additional Information
