What You’ll Do
Business Development:
Research, network, and prospect to build a qualified pipeline; conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social channels.
Client Engagement:
Meet clients on‑site to understand needs and present LHH solutions across recruitment, leadership development, and career transition.
Sales Execution:
Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and value‑based pitching to negotiation and close—consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Account Management:
Nurture and expand existing accounts; ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Administrative Excellence:
Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to log activity, manage forecasts, and track KPIs; maintain accurate opportunity data and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Success in B2B sales; experience in staffing, HR solutions, or professional services is strongly valued.
Attributes:
Exceptional communication, consultative problem‑solving, entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a results orientation.
Tools:
Comfortable with sales technology (CRM, outreach platforms, virtual meeting tools).
Work Style:
