Client Engagement Executive – San Francisco Bay Area As a Client Engagement Executive, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects and transforming them into valued clients. The position requires travel and includes both virtual and face‑to‑face client interactions. While this is an individual contributor role, you'll collaborate with a team of fellow executives, fostering teamwork and shared success. For high achievers, there are ongoing opportunities to advance into leadership positions, particularly for those with prior commercial leadership experience.

What you’ll do

Address incoming leads with speed and professionalism to maximize conversion potential.

Generate new sales opportunities via outbound calling, email campaigns, professional networking, and social platform engagement.

Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients during both virtual meetings and on‑site visits.

Develop comprehensive sales reports and financial analyses on a regular basis.

Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with both new prospects and current clients.

What we are looking for Mandatory

At least 5 years of B2B field sales experience working with US‑based companies.

Demonstrated track record of securing contracts and cultivating lasting client partnerships.

Strong background in business development, including cold outreach and deal closure.

Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation methodologies.

Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Background in selling staff augmentation solutions (domestic or international).

Familiarity with software development lifecycle terminology, methodologies, and team structures.

Previous employment with organizations providing software development outsourcing services.

Comfort working in distributed team environments.

Understanding of Latin American software outsourcing markets.

Current and applicable experience leading sales teams.
